I had these dream in my head of this beautiful shot of Mara and I walking down this ally in our neighborhood, her in her winter coat, and me in mine. Matching hand-dyed wool and all.
I had expressed this vision to my husband about two months ago when I finally finished my coat. Still no pictures.
So today I asked my same-sized sister-in-law if I could use her physique. She allowed.
Now, onward and upward to spring!
LOVE this coat! It would be super cute with a big ruffle on the edge of the buttons too... I saw the grosgrain lady do that with one of her thrift store finds. The color is beautiful and Chels just cracks me up. ;-)
